I design & you print!
I customize your card, send the jpg file to you, and you can print for your liking! This gives you the flexibility to use your favorite photo lab and get the best printing price!
$20.00
This option is for those that would like a postcard, fliers, etc design and requesting updates on an on-going basis. One-time set up fee of $20 for your initial card design. $5 thereafter for each update. EX: You set up an open house flier for $20. $5 fee each time you would like the wording or address altered and new file sent to you.
$40.00
This option is for those that would like me to create a template and relinquish all design files themselves so they can make future updates. EX: You request an open house template for $40. Since I send you all the design files, you get to make on-going updates to the address and wording yourself!

If you would like a special design that is not currently on this site, contact me for additional pricing!
Please allow 2 weeks for processing all requests. Turn around time may be less depending on workload!
